From Yoga and Zumba to arts and crafts, casino nights, visiting entertainers and more, The Knoll offers a wide range of activities to suit all interests. Our Activity Coordinator also works with residents to ensure that there are always plenty of opportunities for them to learn and develop skills and hobbies as well as supporting their physical and emotional wellbeing. Our residents’ friends and family also join us regularly throughout the year at our special events days.

Our facilities have been purposely designed with the aim of providing optimum comfort for all residents. We have large communal lounge areas where residents can take part in activities, relax with friends and enjoy a wide range of entertainment including visiting singers, dancers and animals. Our couples care residents can also enjoy independence with specific activities and days out as a couple as well as the choice to dine privately. We also have over 15 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens that residents can enjoy with deer and rabbits frequently appearing throughout the year.

We have a number of larger-sized rooms specifically for our couples care residents that include an en-suite wet room as well as internet access and a telephone. All of our rooms can be personalised to suit your tastes and wishes with personal items such as small furniture and photographs from home.

Residents can enjoy a wide range of healthy and homecooked meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared on-site by our expert catering team. We can tailor dishes to suit all dietary needs and tastes and our chefs work hard to ensure there is plenty of choice for everyone. Residents can also enjoy hot and cold drinks and snacks all throughout the day.
